OSME is a sector within PWGSC dedicated to assisting small and medium enterprises wishing to do business with the government. This site provides information on its mandate, activities, regional offices, as well as links to other useful sites.
Contracts Canada (Business Access Canada)
This site is a key component of the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises (OSME) of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). It has information on selling to the Government of Canada (GC), government contacts and upcoming seminars, as well as links to other relevant sites.
Supplier Registration Information (SRI)

SRI is an online database of suppliers registered to do business with the GC, which is accessible to all federal government buyers. Suppliers must register in SRI to obtain a Procurement Business Number (PBN) if they want to do business with PWGSC. Suppliers must also register here first before they can register with Professional Services Online or SELECT.

PS Online is an electronic procurement tool that assists the Government of Canada in the procurement of professional services. It is for professional services companies, which includes information technology, human resources and organizational development.

SELECT is an online registration database for firms providing real property, construction and maintenance, architectural and engineering services; PWGSC uses it to identify qualified firms and individuals for low-dollar¬value opportunities.
